Daniel Sears

Daniel Sears - Daniel Sears is the Founder and CEO of NeuroGenesis, a nervous-system performance company built to help people restore regulation, clarity, and sustainable performance under pressure.

A U.S. Air Force veteran with 17 years of service in aerospace maintenance, training, and leadership development, Daniel spent much of his life in environments where precision mattered, pressure was constant, and mistakes carried real consequences. He understands high-performance culture from the inside out. After leaving the military, moving his family, and then ending his 7 year marriage, Daniel hit the kind of wall many high-performers eventually face but rarely know how to name: burnout, panic, and anxiety. His nervous-system was fully dysregulated and he lost access to the clarity and steadiness that once came naturally. What he found was that most systems offered fragmented support. There were pieces of the puzzle, but very few people understood how to connect them into a complete path back to regulation and recovery.

After already winning the battle over suicidal thoughts and years of treatment resistent depression with years in therapy. This new challenge led him into years of deep study and practice across Industrial Organizational Psychology, neurofeedback, breathwork, somatic healing, executive coaching, nervous-system regulation, and evidence-based wellness technologies. Over time, Daniel began integrating what he had learned into a practical method as an executive coach in Westchester, NY that helped his clients not only feel better, but function better. He thought to himself, “There could have been a better way to do all this healing… It all could have been so much simpler.”

That method became NeuroGenesis.

Daniel’s work sits at the intersection of performance, physiology, and human transformation. A simpler system to care for people's inner health and connection. He believes that many of the struggles people face under pressure are not simply mindset problems. They are nervous-system communication problems. When the nervous system is stuck in survival mode, access disappears: access to focus, to emotional regulation, to communication, to intuition, and to the best version of who we are.

NeuroGenesis was built to restore that access.

Today, Daniel works with high-performers, senior leaders, veterans, and organizations who want more than temporary relief. He helps people train the nervous system the way personal training trains the body: through structure, repetition, measurable progress, and real support.

His mission is personal. He built the system he wishes had existed when he needed it most, and now he is committed to making that roadmap available to others.

Dr. Robert Bard

Dr. Robert L. Bard, MD, PC, DABR, FASLMS, is an internationally recognized diagnostic radiologist and a pioneer in advanced 3D ultrasonographic volumetric Doppler imaging. As Director of Bard Cancer Diagnostics in New York City, Dr. Bard has spent decades advancing non-invasive imaging technologies that allow physicians to detect cancer earlier, guide targeted therapies, and monitor treatment outcomes with greater precision.

Dr. Bard specializes in advanced 3D Doppler sonography used to identify cancers in multiple organs including the breast, prostate, thyroid, skin, and melanoma. By analyzing vascular flow patterns and tissue structures through high-resolution imaging, his work helps physicians identify abnormalities earlier and guide more accurate biopsies and treatment strategies while minimizing unnecessary invasive procedures.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Bard has served as head radiologist at several leading hospitals and has trained internationally in advanced imaging techniques across Europe and North America. His work integrates ultrasound, MRI, and laser-based technologies to support minimally invasive diagnostic approaches that prioritize patient safety and quality of life.

Dr. Bard is widely published in the field of medical imaging and has authored textbooks and numerous scientific papers. He lectures regularly at institutions including Mount Sinai Medical Center and NYU Medical Center and presents his research at international medical conferences. He also serves on the editorial review boards of several national and international medical journals.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Bard is committed to advancing early detection and public awareness. Through Bard Cancer Diagnostics and his nonprofit foundation, the Biofoundation for Angiogenesis Research and Development, he continues to develop and promote innovative imaging technologies designed to improve cancer detection and support minimally invasive, image-guided treatment strategies.
